  • Double Payment: If the system mistakenly charges you multiple times for the same course or service, we will initiate a refund for the extra payment.
  • Medical Emergency or Illness: If the aspirant is diagnosed with a serious medical condition (such as hospitalization or long-term illness) that prevents them from continuing their studies, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. A valid medical certificate may be required.
  • Technical Issues: In case of any technical errors resulting in the non-activation of the course or service, a refund may be considered after an investigation.
3. Steps to Initiate a Refund Request

  • No Refunds for Regular Cancellations: As mentioned, refunds will not be initiated for cancellations or changes in your purchased plan or course unless it meets the emergency conditions outlined above.
  • Validity of Requests: Refund requests will only be entertained if submitted within 7 days of the purchase date and meet the specified conditions.
