Qualifications Required: Master's degree in concerned subject with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC) from any recognized University
Preferably Ph.D.: The candidate having a Ph.D. in the concerned subject may be preferred.
NET/SLET/SET: The candidate has to pass the examination NET conducted by the UGC or CSIR. Alternatively, the candidate cleared SLET/SET, conducted by the State. However, applicants who were awarded a Ph.D. prior to 2009 according to the rules and regulations of UGC may be exempted from this requirement.
Age: According to the norms prescribed by MPPSC, the age shall fall typically between 21-40 with relaxation in reserved categories.
The MPPSC Assistant Professor exam is scheduled to be held on 4 August 2024. This will be conducted in two papers as follows:
